The number pi (π) is a mathematical constant, approximately equal to 3.14159. It is defined in Euclidean geometry as the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter.

This heavy copper coin feels good in the hand and the pocket. The copper coin blank is pre-tumbled before minting for a smooth edge and then given an antiqued finish.

Our Process
Shire Post Mint coins are struck one at a time in West Fork, Arkansas, USA using solid metals, hand-engraved designs, antique machinery and traditional coining techniques. For antiqued coins, the coloring/patina process is done by hand, and it is both an art and a science so coins will vary slightly. Our unique packaging includes a description of each coin and translations if applicable.

The copper phi coin is chunky. The number phi on the reverse is impressive!
This is a heavy coin and well made. Unfortunately the numbering on the reverse is too small to read, even w/my glasses. I have a bit of a preference for a reeded edge coins but I thought of the following instead.
If someone were to find this coin they would not know it's origin. How about edge lettering your coins w/the SPM/Date/Type.
Think of it as a hallmark for your products.
BTW, the packaging was VERY nice. It would have made the perfect gift. The wax seal was a cool touch!

This is another beautifully-crafted coin from Shire Post Mint. As always, SPM exceeds expectations in customer service.
1.5" copper coin with the Greek letter pi on one side, and a tiny pi in the center of the other side surrounded by the numerical representation of pi in decimal digits spiraling inward towards the center. I love this token. It has a slight and satisfying heft to it. I would like to carry it in my pocket every day, but there's a chance that it may be heavy enough to tear a hole in a typical trousers pocket if kept there long-term. That's not a deal-breaker for me, though.
I am very satisfied with this Pi 3.14 Coin, it is elegant and magical. Thank you very much and congratulations
